Start with a Private Lesson to learn alignment and poses that work for you and your body. Private yoga lessons can be a great way to introduce you to the lifestyle! They're also a great way to deepen your current practice, work with an injury, cater to a special need, or meet a personal goal.
- All private lessons include an initial consultation. At that time we will discuss your personal health goals, needs and desires
- Sessions will be held outdoors, in nature, at a local meeting place, or at client's home if preferred

Sessions run one hour and can include up to 3 students
Package of 4 sessions $200
